If your not happy with your product, talk to us! We'll sort it out given that you take into account the following:
- We make use of Mock-ups of products. Although we strive to make your products to your specifications to the best of our ability, the actual product may vary from the electronic picture of the item. The actual color, size and look might be slightly different
- No refunds will be given for items that show signs of use
- No refund will be given once you've approved the proof that we've send you through electronic means ie, Whatsapp, Email or other means
For any products being returned, the consumer are responsible for the shipping cost.
